Our supervisors agree on the site-specific cleaning schedule in advance as per your direction, brief the team and ensure the cleaning kit is sent in with plenty of time. The schedule is our main tool for measuring the performance of our staff, their tasks undertaken and review each of the areas owned by the cleaner(s). No existing current schedule has been made available for me to review, so we will conduct a further thorough visit run through to finalise this to your satisfaction.
